  • Friendly and interact constructively with all people
  • Any qualification related to the development and learning of children using educational equipment
  • Known in community and positively involved
  • Physical healthy to carry products (or appoint delivery person to help)
  • Business sense and enthusiasm and desire to grow and sustain a business
  • Personal day-to-day involvement in the management of the Franchise
  • Financial security and capacity to “open” the Franchise
  • Adherence to established operational procedures and positive continual improvement feedback
  • Positive attitude.

Although we aim to provide consistency with products displayed on our website, these images are for illustrative and information purposes only. The actual product may vary from images depicted, especially with regards to colour and dimensions.

Will my quote be converted into an order?

Quotes are provided with the current prices and are valid for 30 days. Should you wish to convert your quote to an order, you will be provided with a pro forma invoice for payment within seven (7) days of issue. Should payment not occur within seven (7) days, your order will be cancelled and a new quote with the latest prices will need to be requested.

We may require additional verification or information before accepting an order. SAToyTrade cc reserves the right to accept or decline your order for any reason.

When and how should I pay for my order?
  • You will be provided with a pro forma invoice for payment by EFT or bank deposit within seven (7) days of the issue date. Proof of payment must be sent to fin@satoytrade.co.za or faxed to 086 517 5987.
  • No payment may be made against Quotations. Payment may only be made on confirmed orders for which you have received a pro forma invoice.
  • Stock availability will be confirmed after payment as stock is allocated on a first-paid-first-served basis. Should certain stock items not be available, SAToyTrade will contact you to make alternative arrangements. These arrangements include selecting alternative stock or waiting for the required stock to fill the order. Should we not be able to make alternative arrangements, you will be credited with the value of the outstanding stock.
Returning a Product
  1. Should your product be unsatisfactory or defective, we will arrange with you to replace it or credit you for the purchase price (excluding shipping and handling charges).
  2. Should your order arrive with obvious shipping damage, please contact us immediately and send us a photo, if possible.
  3. Report damaged, incorrect or missing items to us by e-mail or by phone within 24 hours of receipt of delivery.
What will my delivery cost be?
